at 3rd level you manage to crack ways to read spell scroll scattered in library and dungeons pick one school of magic. at level 6th ,11th and 17th you can pick additional school of magic.

When you see a spell scroll that contain spell in that school you can use your ki point to cast it as if you belong to that class that can cast that spell. By spending ki point equal to spell level +1 (cantrip count as level 0 spell). You still have to follow all other rule for spellcasting.

example: at level 7th you if you pick evocation you have to spend 3 ki point to cast moon beam from spell scroll.

also at 3rd level you gain proficiency in arcana , calligraphy tools and one new language. this represent of you gaining insight into reading a note from other spellcaster. when you roll for arcana check you can use wisdom modifier instead Intelligence modifier.

At 6th level, you have already read many scroll to notice pattern in each scroll.

When you find a spell scroll or spell book that you use you can spare the time to decipher and copy it.

creating spell scroll involves reproducing the basic form of the spell, then deciphering the unique system of notation used by the spellcaster who wrote it.

For each level of the spell, the process takes 1 hours and costs 50 gp + components that would be consumed to cast it and you must succeed on an Intelligence (Arcana) check with a DC equal to 10 + the spell's level. If the check succeeds, the spell scroll is successfully created. if you fail the material is gone and you must use a new one.

Your new created spell scroll use you ki dc and wisdom mod + proficiency for attack bonus.

The other class who can use spell scroll according to spell scroll rule to cast spell that he / she doesn’t know yet . They must roll arcana check with your ki dc + level of that spell.

If the check is fail it deal force damage equal to that scroll spell level times your unarmed die.

example: a level 1st wizard who want to copy or use your 2nd level spell scroll that you made at level 6th must roll arcana check of your dc + 2. if the wizard fail the scroll burst and deal 2d6 force radius 5ft centered at the wizard.
